       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

       Veritiv provides us monthly with their trace data. The data comes from two separate systems and Veritiv is not
       able to combine it into one form.  The data is used for everything related to Veritiv, including score carding,
       presentations, sales meetings, over/under performing end users and products, etc.


       Joe is a great example of customer focus because he has gone above and beyond to help with this customer
       (Veritiv). Everything he does is to make it either easier for GOJO employees to manage and present the data.
       Or, to make it easier for Veritiv to see and understand how their business with us is doing.

       Joe handles multiple distributors, all who operate differently and want different things. He has done a great job
       of learning and understanding Veritiv so he can provide them exactly what they need. Based on information
       and feedback from Veritiv and our GOJO sellers, Joe has created a trace document that allows us to access
       everything we could possibly need. Anytime something new comes up or Veritiv mentions they would like to
       see something additional, Joe finds a way to do it. He not only creates new things based off of the customer
       needs, he also explains and teaches the rest of our team how to use and understand it. Joe is a perfect
       example of 'Customer of One'. He goes above and beyond with Veritiv, but he does this with his other
       Distributors as well.


       Joe has also helped me on a personal level with excel. He is always teaching me new and faster ways of doing
       things. If there is something that is a huge manual process, he will write a formula to help make it faster. I was
       running close to 60, 4 tabbed scorecards a month. They were used to go over Veritiv growth, decline, and open
       opportunities with all of Veritiv's Sales Managers. The process took around a half hour to complete each one.
       Joe met with me to understand the objective, then created a way to automate as much of it as possible from
       the trace data. This not only got rid of the human error side, it also cut the time to run a scorecard down to
       around 10 minutes. This has freed up much time to allow me to focus on other aspects of my job.


       Joe's work positively impacts the enterprise. It allows our sellers and our customer to have a more detailed
       view of their sales and the direction they are going.




       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
       Joe will help anyone who needs it. He has helped me multiple times with other customers I work with that are
       not part of his responsibilities. He is a great teacher. Whenever someone on my team has excel questions or
       does not understand something, I ask him to help and he does. He will listen to a problem, discuss what you
       need and then come up with a solution. Even if it looks like a solution is not possible, Joe will find a way to help.


       Joe's customer focus does not just apply to helping our customers but to helping everyone internally as well.
