What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Margaret has some of the best relationships with key end users of any marketing person on the healthcare
team. She?s ?best friends? with the NADONA leadership team, works closely with most of the local Skilled
Nursing Facilities in Northern Ohio, and even sold one large Nursing chain on converting to PURELL and
PROVON on her own. Some other examples of her customer focus are:
? Margaret started and managed the first Long Term Care (LTC) KDM panel with 10 Directors of Nursing to
help guide our innovation efforts. This panel has become a model for market intimacy that we now use in both
ACUTE and ALT Care today.
? I had the pleasure of attending a dinner with the top executives at NADONA last year and was absolutely
floored by the overwhelming affection for Margaret that I heard from the table. It felt more like I was talking to
Margaret?s best, childhood friends than her customers.
? Margaret is relentless at being focused on the customer?s needs and on developing relationships with them.
I?m certain that this focus played a key role in LTC?s market sales growing by 11% over 2016.
