There is no other team that has truly "walked a mile" in a customer's shoes more
than our clinical services team. They are on the front lines every single day helping
to save lives and make life better with out healthcare end users. They absolutely
deserve this award for their tireless efforts and impact on our business.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Notable achievements in 2017:
? Supporting the sales and installation of 370 hospitals as part of our HPG win.
? Continued support and development of our Smartlink installation at U. of Chicago
Medical (our largest installation). We are helping UCM complete research to
publish results supporting the need for and value of Electronic Compliance
Monitoring. In 2017, the clinicians worked with 15 different hospitals to help them
monitor and improve their hand hygiene programs as part of their Smartlink
installation. Each one of these hospitals is nearly a full time job on its own for a
year. And, the 3 field-based clinicians covered 15 in 2017.
