       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       Creation of the HealthTrust Implementation Team proved invaluable to ensuring the
       success of a large multi-system implementation. In keeping with our ?Customer for
       Life? theme, the HealthTrust Implementation Team created a new model that
       allowed for flexibility, minimal customer interruption, and quicker installations all
       while proactively developing ways to retain and educate healthcare end-users.
       Through multi-team collaboration, the following new ways of working were
       developed and implemented allowing the team to successfully implement 9 new
       healthcare systems in less than 12 month timeframes.

       ? HPG project management team was created to manage field execution including:
       Operations Management, Forecasting, Installation Planning, Production, Freight
       Logistics, and Order Prioritization
       ? Distribution and Order Management: The team worked with multiple distributors
       including Staples, Owens & Minor, Parallon, Concordance, Cardinal and Henry
       Schein to ensure drop ship orders were obtained and shipped on time for
       installation.
       ? IDN Automated Implementation: This approach used email campaigns created in
       Marketo to contact all facilities within an IDN to set up presentations, distribute
       educational materials and collect satisfaction surveys speeding up the overall
       implementation process and reducing initial work for HSD?s.
       ? Digital Marketing Retention Plan: During each facility implementation, emails of
       IP?s, EVS, and Material Managers were collected and added to the IP Monthly
       Minute. This approach leaves an everlasting presence by consistently updating our
       end-users on GOJO Healthcare Market incites, further advancing our ?customer for
       life? effectiveness model.
       ? Salesforce.com Advancements and Tableau Reporting - new functions including
       Site Survey Dates, Installation Dates, Field Service Rep Name, and Installation
       Company are now documented in Salesforce.com and provide detailed progress
       reporting within Tableau.
       ? Satisfaction Surveys: Created and implemented a satisfaction survey and score-
       carding metric to monitor areas that are of strength and areas that we need to
       improve upon.

        The HealthTrust Implementation Team was successful based on their detail
        oriented planning and communication methods, adaptability and flexibility to new
