Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

I received a request from Bob Potvin, VP of Commercial Sales, to create a document to track the corporate
account MDF spends. We had a current document we were utilizing, but it did not include the detail that Bob
was requesting.
I met with Joe to explain what was needed and he created a separate worksheet for each of the corporate
accounts that pulled data from the original document that could be refreshed whenever the information was
needed. This enabled everyone from our team to receive a quick snapshot of the information to help in
managing the funds.
Joe's technical expertise helped in creating a document that was very user friendly to the user, while providing
the needed information.
I feel this extra work enabled our team to easily manage our budgets, to prevent overspends at the end of the
year.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Joe will take the initiative to ask what is needed, and create something that is easy to understand and utilize by
the user.

He is very approachable and easy to work with. He never makes me feel a question I may be asking is not a
legitimate question.

I feel Joe's strong "Customer Focus" applies to not only external customers, but internal GOJO customers as
well.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Joe's work with this project, met the needs of the requestor. The result of the document he created, allowed the
VP of Sales, the corporate account directors and internal support to always have the most up-to-date
information. This document provided an easier way to track and manage our funds.

CONTRIBUTORS:
Alanna Dreussi and I wanted to nominate Joe because of the work he has helped both of us with. We didn't
see where we could submit one nomination with both of our names so we worked together on two separate
nominations giving examples of the support he has given to not only the two of us, but our entire team.
