While all positions within a team are vital to the partnership somehow the Key Account Specialist really fall in
the detailed operational day to day of these customers. Without Kathy the personnel gaps within the team could
have cause a substantial amount of attrition.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Her can do positive attitude. Always ready to step up to the plate and help where she can.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
I joined the team in the beginning of july of 2017. I had previously worked at essendant and been familiar with
gojo and the support team for essendant for a number of years. There were several situations impacting the
office supply gojo team members that caused some opportunities for potential gaps in support to the office
supply customers. Matt Meredith took another position in the company, Mike Miller was still new to the
company, Kevin M. left Gojo, Anthony T. came on board to replace Matt, Allison W. was promoted to take
Kevin's spot, Nicci J. was promoted as well. Couple all of that with the purell solution launch and surface spray
still being new it could cause a huge knowledge and support gap at the customer level. Yet there Kathy
was....stepping up to the plate supporting all of the customers while helping bring up to speed the new team
members. Without Kathy 2017 could've have been a much worse year than it was. Her above and beyond
attitude still shines through in 2018 with now Bill Cardone leaving she again is a key gojo employee stepping up
to the plate to not expose the disruption within the team.
