Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Lee moved to the healthcare contracts team and brought a wealth of knowledge to the team from his previous
experience in Bid/Quote as well as his years at McKesson. Lee was instrumental in working with Bid Quote and
the Canadian team to get a handle on the contracts that existed in the Canadian healthcare market so we
could plan and implement a pricing strategy for all end users. The consolidation of the number of contracts and
moves to align them to our strategy are key reasons why this project was so critical.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Lee is direct, concise and persistent with his message to the field. He is also caring and compassionate but
stands his grounds to ensure he is doing the right thing for GOJO and the customer. There is always some
give and take but in the end Lee does what is necessary to keep to our pricing strategy.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Lee has a knack for standing up and having the difficult conversations with both internal and external
customers. He continues to stand his ground even when it's the difficult thing to do. Through these
communications he has been able to keep the healthcare contracts in line with the strategies we have
developed and pushed to ensure we are pricing to win while protecting GOJO margins.
