Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
In 2017 there were a variety of changes to the Office Channel team. At times, as we were transitioning roles
and responsibilities, there were ?voids? in personnel, plus there were the training and learning curves for those
that joined the group. At all times Kathy was willing to accept additional responsibility. For example, Kathy
assumed greater responsibility in a number of activities, such as reporting and planning.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Kathy is a consummate team player and always displays a positive attitude. Kathy is willing to do what it takes
to get a job done and is consistently helpful to the team, customers and her colleagues. The entire team
recognizes and appreciates Kathy's support and contributions.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The results consisted of no customer (internal or external) delays or outages as it relates to meeting customer
deadlines and account/individual support.
