Jack and Dan took Total Solution approaches, considering all aspects of the pump
and dispenser interfaces. They used multiple internal advanced engineering,
testing, and prototyping capabilities to identify the root cause and solution
opportunities. They collaborated closely with LPK, GOJO Quality, and RS&B on
implementation of short-term resolution.

The results of their efforts were identification of the root cause, mitigation plans, and
customer success.
