Nomination Recognition 2017

        Report by Individual Nominee

       CATEGORY: DOING WHAT IT TAKES

       NOMINEE NOMINATOR DEPARTMENT
Chelsea Conley Kristina Schutte Microbiology and Clinical Science 400500

Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Chelsea is a great representation of the category because she is always stepping up and doing what it takes to
get all the work done expected of her, plus some. She has shown competencies in the learning agility domain.
She especially excels at results agility. She travels for work, going to conferences to always be learning and
expanding her knowledge. She also has done lots of traveling around to different universities to record the
results for the University Hospital study. Chelsea also is a big contributor to the LIMs team, as well as
maintaining the rest of her work necessary in the lab. She is great at time management, completing large
quantities of work to positively impact the Enterprise.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
A major behavior that makes Chelsea stand out is her commitment to help others, even when she herself is
extremely busy. She takes the time out of her busy schedule to not only help fellow techs when they need it, but
also teaches other techs in the laboratory setting so they can better themselves.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Chelsea has been the major worker from Plaza working on the LIMs team, while most of the other workers are
at Lippman. She is also one of the only members of the team who is at the tech level while others are at the
scientist level or above. Being only one of three LIMs team members from Plaza, she works very hard to help
answer everyone's questions across all labs as LIMs goes live.
She's also been a major contributor to the University Hospital Study, by going on-site to read and record results
that have helped impact the study. She also has worked to analyze this data to share with over members
       working on the project.
