Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Kristina performed various microbiological tests including preservative, bioburden, and validation testing to
support new formula projects. Kristina was also heavily involved with environmental monitoring at Lippman
Campus to support manufacturing.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Kristina gained many new responsibilities this year as she joined the R&D department. Although she was new
to her role, Kristina is a fast learner and was able to quickly master these tasks. All of her work was performed
with high quality and she maintained a great attitude throughout the learning process. Kristina is willing to learn
and work hard to complete any project.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Kristina helped the R&D microbiology lab run successfully by performing various experiments with high quality
and displaying great communication skills. Kristina has a strong work ethic and positive mindset. She does
not hesitate to help her coworkers, she is dependable, and she consistently and efficiently carries out her
laboratory responsibilities.
