The team is very customer focused and ensures customers get quality product on a
consistent basis while maintaining the long term interests of the company.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
On January 2, 2017 there were 467 open QNs. On January 2, 2018 there were only
222 open QNs assigned to Deviation Management. During this time the team also
facilitated more involvement from supporting groups in the plant to drive
investigations to completion and release product that did not pass initial quality.
