       NOMINATOR: Stefanie Reynolds
       SPONSOR: Chris Fricker

       LEADER:

       PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Support of new product development, rebranding and reformulation of heavy duty
projects including Waterless Creme Reformulations and HD Graphics Update.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

Dawn and her team, over the past year, have been phenomenal to work with. They
are on the ball, responsive and proactive. They follow through on all requests,
respond quickly and I can really depend on them.
They call out potential issues before they arise and bring potential solutions to
        problems.
Kevin is very whole systems thinking sometimes thinking of risks or concerns for the
team that we may have missed. Chris Earich stepped in on the projects for a few
months when we lost our resource, and Kevin stepped in after Chris was
reassigned, and we never missed a beat. It was a completely seamless transition.
During the HD Graphics update, there were constant date changes from vendors on
component delivery dates for the new graphics, particularly sleeved bottles. They
were able to pivot to keep order fulfillment at the best possible outcomes.
During Waterless Creme Reformulation, they built ahead inventory for the line
shutdown even though they were working through a vendor change and component
supply was not reliable. They were able to adjust timing due to the two shutdowns of
the line to install new equipment and ensure we never stocked out of inventory.
Matt Kasayka and Dawn always step in, no matter what the project, from helping
solve inventory issues, pulling materials on short notice that Plaza needs for
customer meetings and reworking the product for market test. They always with a
        very pleasant approach.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Their efforts helped to meet timelines and ensure the Business that their customers
will have product no matter how many curve balls we threw their way.

It is great to know that you can rely on a team so thoroughly and not have to sweat
if their stuff is getting done. You can trust that they not only cover all of their bases
but sometimes help you not miss yours.
