Michael is always willing to look at a situation with an open eye for doing what it takes to complete a job.
Whether working on the Heavy Duty graphics project, or custom brand projects and launches, since every
project is different, Michael views every project through the lens of assigning the right people, with the right
expertise, looking at the right thing, at the right time.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Michael is diligent in his work, and willing to put in whatever it takes to get the job done. Michael also has
broad experience at both MC and Plaza, which allows him to successfully navigate through multiple
departments to get things done. Michael is also very gregarious and has developed very key relationships
within the organization through his hard work and commitment. These factors allow him to utilize enterprise
resources easily to get the job done.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
As the Manager of the Change Management Team, Michael is constantly challenging traditional ways of
working and pre-established conceptions in order to complete and process ECRs more efficiently and still
maintain high standards of quality. As a result of Michael's doing what it takes, over the last year some GoW
scorecard results are as follows:
Avg monthly volume up nearly 20% vs last year
Nearly 50% of all enterprise changes completed in 10 days or less
