Lynn is absolutely proactive, focused on getting the job done and is willing to go the extra mile! She never
hesitates to approach people and seek information she needs to get her work done better, more effectively or
more efficiently. She anticipates what is needed, asks great clarifying questions, makes suggestions and good
plans.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Lynn took the lead on coordinating multiple Thought Leader visits to GOJO. They all had a great experience at
GOJO with the logistics, travel and food. She made them feel great and welcome, which helps us scientists get
down to collaborative discussions with them in a good attitude.
