       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       There were many projects this year that Joe and Dennis exhibited the Customer
       Focus competency.  Two examples are described as follows:
       -PURELL Solution, an initiative that continued from 2016, required an extreme
       amount of prioritization, communication, and filling samples.  Joe and Dennis
       touched every single product that was launched, including multiple additional
       products configurations that were not included in the initial project plan
       -Healthy Places Acme and Estee Lauder samples were challenging releases.
       Though it was outside Pilot Plant's responsibility, Joe and Dennis recognized the
       importance to the Healthy Places business and worked toward a successful release
       of product.  A new process needed to be created to allow for release of samples
       that were not manufactured at Pilot Plant, requiring collaboration with Product
       Management and Quality Assurance.
       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

        What sets Process Research apart from others is their equal recognition of and
        commitment to both internal and external customers.  I have not encountered
        another group that shows as much proactive communication and dedication to
        meeting or exceeding others expectations.  Very often when they receive requests
        from internal customers, they are waiting on components (labels, bottles, pumps,
        etc) or information from them to complete the request.  It is most notable that
        instead of continuing to wait, Joe and Dennis proactively reach out, offer assistance,
        and try to expedite for their customers, going above and beyond what is expected of
        them.  Feedback from customers is "great at keeping me informed [...] prompting
        me for things I need to do to keep on track" and "deliverables are spot on with what
        is committed."

       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
        Projects were kept on time and product was delivered with the utmost quality
        because of the intense customer focus Process Research have.  Several key
        initiatives, especially those related to PURELL Solution and Healthy Places, could
        not have been achieved without Process Research staying focused and dedicated
        to their customers.  Joe and Dennis exemplify leadership and commitment to GOJO
        goals and customers.
