AE reports is an FDA/EPA requirement. GQTS collected and analyzed customer
complaint data regularly throughout 2017. Customer complaint data was routinely
shared with a number of GOJO workgroups including the team monitoring the
PURELL Solutions launch. An early read on customer feedback of our new
systems will allow GOJO to quickly react and help ensure the success of the
PURELL Solutions platforms.
