       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       Team demonstrated whole systems thinking by the way the approached and
       implemented the new system.  Anytime something is being changed that so many
       people use there is the potential to make improvements for some while making
       things more difficult for others.  The work that went into knowing their customers,
       discussing the changes ahead of time, piloting, and making changes enabled them
       to have a very successful rollout.

       The final product makes it easier for us to be self sufficient - find answers easier
       and faster.



       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
        The team was a cross-functional team with members from R&D, Regulatory Affairs,
        and QA and from both Lippman Campus and GOJO Plaza.  Working to get overall
        organization buy-in on both the changes for the users and work needed by IT was
        significant.


       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
        Team earned an 8.2 rating.
        Due to their efforts, they were able to make it much easier to search for information,
        know who the key contacts are for a question, and capture answers to many
        commonly asked technical questions.

        Team developed a maintenance process for the site covering periodic review, and
        maintenance of common questions section.  Process and periodic reviews
        documented in SOP.

        Team had 28 pilot participants for which each was provided training prior to the pilot
        period.
        Team developed and delivered effective training to key user groups (about 130
        individuals).
        A webex recording of the training was distributed and linked to the GOTIP site and
        provided to L&D for the Learning Management System.
        The team communicated with key user groups ahead of launch and got buy-in by
        group managers to support their teams use of the site and new GOTIP portal
        process.
