Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

*multiple resin change projects have come though this year with some supplier consolidation and change
outside our control
*this has lead to even more resin change projects as we seek to second source materials
*Meredith has proactively sought to connect fragmented aspects of these projects as they come in to ensure
efficient utilization of resources
*Meredith has also worked with many of the engineers on these projects to determine what questions need to
be answered and suggest simplified or changed test plans to better answer those questions quickly and limit
sample requirements that must be pulled from inventory

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
*She seeks out feedback and gets involved others who might provide feedback that are not on the project to
ensure we are using learning's on past projects
*She is proactive about understanding the goals and communicating limitations of the proposed tests

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
*Decrease in time, lab resources, and product required to approve material changes
*Increased understanding in material testing to allow for continuous improvement
