o Utilized existing GOJO technology and resources to build and launch GOTIP
Portal.
o Tied in to existing tools to eliminate redundant systems / effort and streamline
completion of Objectives for extended team members to capture updates,
questions, concerns from their work areas.
Improved external customer satisfaction and internal user experience by launching
GOTIP Portal to enable faster and easier resolution of technical questions / inquiries
through improved search results and identification of info owners, as needed.

* ~75% time savings
* Common Questions enables more questions to be answered within 5 minutes
rather than 1-3 days.
* 312 unique users
* 1,892 unique search terms
* 253 Common Questions accessed email to generate message)

* Embodied strong collaboration through identification of all stakeholders early in the
process and continued engagement throughout the project.
* Enabled efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines by having clear
vision and expectations defined and communicated early as well as clear and timely
communications of issues or changes that would impact sub teams, stakeholders,
and/or overall initiative.
* Encouraged honest and thorough input from stakeholders through use of
anonymous surveys before the project to gain alignment on needs and expectations
as well as after pilot period to capture issues and corrections to be addressed
between testing and go-live.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
* Launched GOTIP Portal via myGOJO across enterprise September 18, 2017.
* Defined GOTIP formally in SOP COR-1034, including ongoing maintenance steps.
* Created metrics to identify how portal is being used and how it could be improved.
* Included functionality to automatically capture metrics, including unique users and
details on searches to facilitate Core team maintenance process and content
improvements.
