Antonio makes the right connections with colleagues (leveraging the GOJO networked organization) and
externally (e.g. with Thought Leaders or key influencers, because he is motivated to get the right answers, the
right collaborators, and the right information / data / results to make it work!He is proactive, is willing to go the
extra mile and is able to gather critical information that is needed by asking the "right questions". He is always
looking for systems/processes to get it done better and faster. He is willing to make suggestions / create straw
models to help us move forward and get high quality results.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Antonio got results with the Cincinnati Poison Control Center and Cincinnati Children's Hospital - leading to a
high value project to learn and identify the risk factors associated with alcohol-based hand sanitizers ingestion
by children. He also started a relationship with Meredith Williams, Deputy Director at the Department of Toxic
Substances Control (California State Government), by proactively seizing the opportunity to give her a tour of
the Wooster plant (he learned she grew up in Wooster and would be visiting).
