        Report by Individual Nominee

       CATEGORY: GREAT COLLABORATION

       NOMINEE NOMINATOR DEPARTMENT
Christina Shamp Thomas Wojtkun Project Management 300225

Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

The development of a kit of products - by its very nature - requires collaborating with multiple parts of the
organization. Christy made the right connections with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing
Services, Manufacturing, QA and external suppliers to develop this sku and have it shipped to distribution in a
timely fashion that highly satisfied the customer. While demonstrating great collaboration, Christy was also a
true leader in seamlessly integrating multiple groups / individuals in service of the customer. Her wealth of
GOJO experience provided her with the agility to excel despite being a relatively recent addition to the Project
       Management / Product Acceleration team.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Christy was unfailingly dedicated to the success of the project in what was a lower priority element of her
workload. To the contrary, she led the project as though it were her only responsibility. In addition to such
dedication, Christy was a tireless communicator to all involved parties to share information and benefit from the
expertise of others, ensuring adherence to an aggressive timeline.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Directly because of Christy's efforts and her collaboration both inside and outside the organization, a
customized PURELL ADVANCED WORKFORCE SOLUTION (AWS) kit was expediently created for a
prominent GOJO building services contractor customer (The Budd Group, Winston-Salem NC). The customer
committed to a 5,000 kit purchase within a 12-month period, but nearly 4,000 of these kits were already
purchased only several months into its year-long window. The Budd Group has cited the availability of this kit
as a key differentiator for it in the fiercely competitive building service contractor industry, and this project has
served as a model by which to effectively target other key building service contractor customers with similar
       programs.
