       o Identified relevant groups / personnel for contribution to a successful end product
       that would meet user needs.
       o Collaborated among the GOTIP core team, extended team, and GOJO
       organization to ensure all stakeholders
       * perspectives were considered for identification of tool requirements,
       * were kept up to date on progress and timing expectations.
       * Space
       o Conducted training at multiple sites as appropriate for audience.
       o Utilized same meeting space for monthly extended team meetings.
       o Selected meeting and training areas appropriate for the number of personnel in
       attendance.
       o Designated ?drop in? space to provide additional one on one support to CIC for
       launch.

       Improved external customer satisfaction and internal user experience by launching
       GOTIP Portal to enable faster and easier resolution of technical questions / inquiries
       through improved search results and identification of info owners, as needed.
       Feedback from high volume users (50+ searches)
       * ~75% time savings
       * Common Questions enables more questions to be answered within 5 minutes
       rather than 1-3 days.

       Metrics from Sept 18th 2017 to Jan 25th 2018:
       * 312 unique users
       * 1,892 unique search terms
       * 253 Common Questions accessed (100 unique)
       * 58 Contacts used (clicked email to generate message) [15 unique]

        * Embodied strong collaboration through identification of all stakeholders early in the
        process and continued engagement throughout the project.


        * Enabled efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines by having clear
        vision and expectations defined and communicated early as well as clear and timely
        communications of issues or changes that would impact sub teams, stakeholders,
        and/or overall initiative.

        * Encouraged honest and thorough input from stakeholders through use of
        anonymous surveys before the project to gain alignment on needs and expectations
        as well as after pilot period to capture issues and corrections to be addressed
        between testing and go-live.
