Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team exemplified multiple GOJO Competencies and Ways of Working
including How Might We, Doing What it Takes and Great Collaboration. The
PURELL Solution launch is a significant milestone for GOJO and the opportunity to
offer both a novel dispensing system and a novel soap product under the PURELL
brand creates a synergistic boost and amplifies the impact of our launch.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The team constantly fought through challenges as the project unfolded, working
through iterative learning and problem solving cycles. With each new round of test
results the team formed and re-formed models to articulate, understand and
continue developing this exciting, new CRT technology.
The team took a Total Solution approach going beyond the development of the
product into development of an accompanying product narrative including technical
and marketing materials. And the team brought incredible creativity to bear
resulting in new test methods, intellectual property and novel claims.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
This team achieved a successful launch of a Clean Release Technology (CRT)
Soap that is differentiated in terms of Germ Removal, Bio-soil removal, Foam
Quality, and Interfacial Tension. And did so within an extremely aggressive timeline
considering these challenging objectives.
