PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team embodied a collaborative "doing what it takes" attitude, while asking "how
might we" find quicker and better ways to complete these ECRs. A war room was
established and teams met daily for 30-60 minutes during the height of the SKU
setup. A streamlined process was identified and lead team members were
assigned for each key role. By using open communication, in person, we were able
to quickly work through the list, as well as identify any gaps or issues along the
way.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
What is notable about this group is that the team wasn't forced into working
together; they quickly volunteered and assembled and embraced the wild ride which
we were about to embark. They knew it was going to require attention to detail,
time on task and dedication, but no one shied away. This team consists of rock
stars!

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The ECR War Room team worked tirelessly to complete setup of over 180 PURELL
SOLUTION SKUS for the market test and launch in 2017. This included creation,
review and approval of over 511 pieces of artwork. Overall, 200+ ECRs were
processed in 2017 for components, artwork and SKU setup.
