The team took Whole System Thinking and Total Solution approaches, considering
all aspects of the assembly, use and servicing experience. They leveraged our
internal user testing capabilities in a novel way to study multiple facets of the human-
product interaction with our new ES stand. The team developed rigorous up-front
success criteria and worked through multiple learning cycles to achieve outstanding
results.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The ability of a non-GOJO person to assemble the stand easily and correctly on-site
has been dramatically improved. And several claims regarding intuitive use have
been developed versus competitive products.
