Nick Ciavarella exemplifies Innovation without Walls - InnWow - philosophy and ways of working. Nick is
driven by curiosity always starts with "Inform & Go" Nick is a core member of the InnWow team and has many
submissions. Most recently he innovated around dispenser pumps looking for better and novel ways of
pumping. He collaborated with Product Engineering and Commercialization and Total Solutions to identify
future needs and identified the core technology that is at the heart of "Charlie" the future of dispenser
technology for GOJO. Nick also leads the Pump Council, a technical forum for discussing anything related to
dispenser pumps including new innovation. Nick exhibits strategic agility, organizational agility and ability to
think outside the box. His work including intellectual property development over 17 years has had major
impacts on the GOJO enterprise.

Nick Ciavarella has a high degree of respect for his GOJO fellow associates, existing and new suppliers. He in
turn gains their respect. Nick is a good communicator and keeps his eye on the prize helping teams to be
successful. Nick is a high achiever yet humble in his approach with others.
