o Hands-on activities created for each module
o Completely new instance of system (TRAIN environment) created to allow users a
hands-on learning experience.
o Small class size (max of 20, typically 8-10 per session) to allow trainers better
access to support the training attendees.
o Modules selected by SME?s for each laboratory to ensure users were getting the
training they need to be fully capable at Phase 1 Go-Live
o All training materials, FAQ?s, Activity Guides created by LIMS Team
o Trainers all came from LIMS Team
And a BIG WIN for GOJO was the launch of Phase 1 which eliminated over 100
logbooks from the laboratories with data being captured and stored in the validated
system for all instruments, standards and reagents, and water samples.
