Nancy?s attention to detail was highlighted in the way she prepared for every event. Without her
involvement the project would not be a success. She has wide variety of knowledge in every area from
the technology as well as the business. She has strong leadership ability. There was an issue in one of the
processes. Nancy identified the issue and provided a solution to the issue. She collaborated with the team to
make sure everyone understood the issue and gained business approval.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
I am impressed by the exceptional quality of service she provides to everyone. Nancy coordinated her efforts
with specific departments, planning well in advance to ensure that everything was ready before it was needed.
Which is a sign of an excellent DBA.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Nancy has been a very critical part of the CPQ project. Her business and technology knowledge has been the
reason she is playing a key role.
