Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

2017 required full Should costing at multiple levels for all PURELL SURFACE SPRAY products, All PURELL
SOLUTION dispensers and refills, and Top Fill Counter Mount planned projects. In addition, Gloriann was
asked to Should cost projects like "Loopy" and "IRIS" and new stands which are completely different concept
designs with no similar products to use as a comparison. The volume of work and the thorough thought
process that Gloriann applies embodies the spirit of "Doing what it takes."

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
When Should costing was designed into our team process, it was strictly used to estimate injection-molded
products and essentially for dispensers and pumps. Should Costing has become the new norm for all new
products, no matter what type of material or process is involved. This is a big shift in the expertise needed to
achieve reasonable Should Cost estimates, requiring continuous learning of suppliers and processes. Gloriann
has stepped up to the challenge given by senior leaders to take Should Costing to a completely new level.
There is rarely a project started today that does not have an original Should Cost, at least at the beginning.
This work is used extensively to make product development decisions across all platforms.

Gloriann is self motivated and proactive in all of her work. She doesn't wait for others to identify opportunities,
