       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

       As a Senior DBA, Nancy is responsible for maintaining data across the enterprise. This involves keeping the
       SQL and Oracle database servers patched, secured and available so users can access their systems 24 hours
       a day 7 days a week.  Nancy goes beyond her defined duties to not only keep the data available, but also to
       understand how the systems work from start to finish.  Nancy has gained the respect of and is the "go to"
       person for many colleagues, not just in IT, but across departments. Supply Chain, PMG Analysts, Finance,
       Sales and Marketing colleagues ?go to? her because she uses a comprehensive approach at all times for
       successful development and execution of a project.  She is a key support resource for New DAE and Supply
       Chain focus areas.  Nancy has lead or played a key role in projects such as Anaplan, CPQ, LIMS, RDS,
       Livelink Upgrade, and No Charge Fulfillment. She also developed a comprehensive diagram that lists all the
       jobs that go in and out of SAP.


       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
       Nancy is notorious for asking questions until she understands fully how all the pieces and parts work in an
       entire system and doesn't stop until she understands completely. She is able to speak  to people at all levels so
       they understand her.


       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
       Nancy has significantly reduced number of isolated databases and systems which resulted in a tremendous
       cost savings overall in licenses and maintenance in the past year. She has also improved performance and
       efficiencies of a number of systems an example is RDS.
