? Creates and maintains departmental databases such as PM Task changes and MET scheduling.
? Processes purchase requisitions in SAP for the department.
? Responsible for updating the CMMS with new part numbers.

Sheryl has proven her ability to continuously adapt to change and grow with the betterment of GOJO in mind.
She is a dedicated employee and is very passionate about the work she performs. She deserves the award of
Change Agent, for everything she does on a daily basis and possessing the ability to switch gears on the fly, to
adjust for the ever changing needs of the manufacturing center.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Sheryl has been a valuable asset to the maintenance department since joining GOJO in October of 2008. She
has become a valuable resource to all maintenance employees, along with supporting documents for all
Packaging lines. She is always willing to take on new challenges. Her duties continue to expand in her current
Maintenance UAC role and she is an excellent performer.
