He makes his men comfortable, not like fearing for their job if a mistake happens and takes a interest in issues
with our families, this in return makes his people go the extra mile in their job being it working over, coming in
on the weekends or working thought breaks to get it done.

A great Supervisor to the PM crew, he is honest and straight forward when talking to the group or individual
