As a new employee, her training set me up for success. We need more people like Melissa; willing to go the
extra mile even when it is not her responsibility. She has created an awesome team in GSG & am thankful for
her input & to be a part of the team!

Her professional, calm, trustworthy manners promoted a successful transfer of knowledge! Class act, she
never made me feel stupid or silly on any questions I asked. Always willing to go above!!
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Ability to navigate through the GOJO ways; including but not limited to SAP (inventory, purchasing, historical
data, reporting, planning, AP, etc.), advise correct contact for any/all issues involved around purchasing,
confidence in what I am seeing on my screen plus relaying to appropriate personnel, improved job timeliness, &
accuracy.
