Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Everyday he would go above and beyond. He made sure everyone was in compliance and working safely as far
as PPE. If the line was struggling or short a person Greg would work until caught/individual showed up just to
keep the line running.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Greg carried himself well. Involved in a little of everything even though he was in charge of all the foamer lines
which is overwhelming enough. He would come around every morning to make sure everyone was good and
had enough people to run. Any questions or concerns us as PLs had, he always was able to help and back us
up no matter the situation. I would go to him with a people problem and he would handle it very well. I never
had a doubt about being able to talk or go to him for help. Communication is very important with teamwork and
making sure we all are working for the same goal, productivity and going home safely to our families.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Overall everyone not only worked for Greg but respected him.
