Shari runs the FL3 line. one of the harder lines to run in my opinion, large groups of people to watch and quite
often are new and not sure of what to do. multiple PO changes a day, chaos at all times and she still manages
to take the time to help and teach and care about the people around her.

she is a very patient woman, kind and cares about the people around her. She easily shares her knowledge
and is genuine with all her co workers
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
shari took me under her wing and taught me everything she could, her knowledge is vast and she is very
patient about sharing it. it's because of her that I secured a position I this company and for that I will be forever
grateful.
