Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Mark makes sure that I have the correct amount of people to run the line everyday. Mark will give me extra
persons , if and when needed. When we are trying to beat a record, Mark will ensure that we have everything
we need to beat that record. Mark will listen to any of my suggestions, on how to run the line better, faster,
and/or longer.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
I love working will Mark because he does not Micro-manage his Production Leaders. Mark will allow his PLs to
take charge of their lines and run their line to the best of their ability. Mark will come to the line as soon as there
is an issue that needs his attention. I believe Mark is the best Supervisor that GOJO has. I am very glad and
honor to have him as my supervisor.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Mark Meneer is one of the best supervisor that I have had the honor in working with. Mark will explain things
more than once, if we do not understand the first time. Mark is very understanding with the way the line run and
issues of the line while its running. As Mark use to be a Production Leader before he became supervisor.
