Shawn collaborated and help build a quality team. Took on a leadership role in order to get the ASRS system
up and running effectively and efficiently. Oversees daily operations of the system and addresses any issues
the system may be having. He also had instilled leadership qualities in MET's leading the off shifts to keep the
system running effectively.
