Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

I feel like no matter what Cody always pulls through a task even if it means staying a little past his scheduled
time. As a trainer I have witnessed him take many people who have little to no experience in warehousing and
turn them into a very well rounded operator. He is always looking for new ways to improve his training.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Cody is a natural leader, which in his position leadership is a big aspect. I have seen him teach many people
how to drive and operate all of our various equipment. There has been times where a coordinator was not
present at the time and with no hesitation he steps up and fulfills the position.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
I have had the great opportunity to work side by side Cody and I have witnessed his hard work and dedication
to make GOJO a better and more safe environment. Anytime anyone needs any type of help he is always
willing to go beyond expectation to help his co-workers.
