at hand. I feel Chris leads his life as a proud GOJO employee that conducts himself as a quality individual at
work and outside of work. As the 2nd shift Warehouse crew in Wooster was being built in 2017 it was
imperative that we had the right persons in the right role. Chris made the change from first shift Team Lead to
second shift Team lead to insure the success of the second shift team. Chris worked twelve hour days for
months training and leading the second shift team. Daily Chris trains and mentors other employees. Chris has
been very influential in the success of second shift but continues to fill in on first shift and third shift as
       needed.

to learn and practice our processes and procedures. Chris always sets a quality example in what is expected
relative to processes and procedures. Chris? has many years of service with various Warehouse Associate
roles that he has performed throughout the years, he is very familiar with issues that can and will arise in the
Warehouse. Chris is a great problem solver. He makes quick and effective decisions. Chris maintains a high
level expectations and appreciation for the team that he leads. Because of the quality and quantity of
production that is produced Chris has a great deal of respect from his leadership team, Warehouse
Coordinators, Warehouse Associates and the ASRS maintenance crew. Chris is very proactive in planning the
