Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

For the past year Robert has been giving me useful information in my training for my position in Facility
Maintenance. His patience and knowledge of his job has been a very useful tool for my development. His
positive attitude and willingness to share his knowledge has been a true blessing for me, plus his dedication to
safety has also made me a more safety conscience employee.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Robert has a very professional and "Can do" attitude with his approach to his job. He has made me a better
mechanic from this. His willingness to help and relay to me that "There are no dumb questions" has been a true
positive in my development. GOJO is very fortunate to have such of a talented and dedicated individual to be a
part of this team.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
I am a much better trained and informed employee due to Roberts efforts in training me.

This is an individual accomplishment on Roberts part and I feel that he should get the proper notice and
recognition for his efforts.
