Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

I am nominating Nicole Wilson for Coach of the Year for multiple reasons:
1.She is a natural people-builder/team-builder, increasing the opportunity for individual learning agility
2.She demonstrates respect and integrity in a very professional manner
3.Her coaching style influences others in a positive manner, resulting in value creation for each person
personally, and ultimately GOJO.

The GOJO Enterprise has been positively impacted by this program by demonstrating social responsibility and
bringing a greater value to the community aligned to its own mission and values.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Nicole was not afraid to take a chance with this new endeavor. She went into the project very positively and
continues to engage with respect and professionalism being both a champion and advocate for positive
change, and setting an example for the employees, as well as the GOJO Enterprise.

The Success of this program has been a huge win as demonstrated by the following comments:
From Laura Walker, Director of Vocational Services at Hattie Larlham: ?We want to thank you for this
opportunity. The trainees that are currently working at your site have experienced tremendous growth and
have benefited from this opportunity. I want to thank all the staff at GOJO that have shown support and
included our team as your own, but especially you, Nicole for all the extra support you have made time and
commitment for. This opportunity will help someone strive for higher potential and greater independence. We
are so proud to be partnered with you.?
