       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       This team identified an opportunity to implement an improvement; assessed spills
       areas for these improvements, identified resources to implement the improvements
       as well as sponsors to participate in the implementation; and obtained all the goals
       and objective for the team.

       The enterprise was impacted with a more confident and skill group to handle all
       spills at Lippman and well a creating a structure of continuous training with
       confidence.  This will also be extended to the Wooster campus.  Also, projects were
       implemented through these learning's to reduce spills in the facility.

       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

        Cross functional team that work well together to accomplish all the goals required
        for 2017.


       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?

        A.  Met with Findley (Outside training resource) to revamp the previous
        HAZWOPER training to be site-specific
        ?	Written assessment to HAZWOPER technicians before and after training
        (Scorecard developed)
        ?	Tour the Mix Room/Hold Tank Rooms that included the Environmental
        Manager/Revamp HAZWOPER team.
        ?	Tour the rest of the plant for drain locations, HAZWOPER cabinets, air monitors
        locations.
        ?	Spill scenario was site-specific to GOJO.
        ?	Intensive training with the air monitor that included one on one hands on training
