meaningful employment and experiences in the community) with GOJO to support a worker program in the
light assembly area ? This partnership has been mutually beneficial in helping support the mission of Hattie
Larlham to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and to provide a needed service for GOJO
Industries, Inc.

This vocational program helps those with disabilities improve work skills leading to employment within the
community, allowing GOJO to demonstrate social responsibility. This collaborative engagement, initiated in Oct
2016, offers both the community and GOJO with a unique opportunity to grow and achieve. AND THE
PROGRAM HAS BEEN A SUCCESS - GOJO started with one 4-member crew as a pilot and in less than a
year, Nicole has added another 4-member crew in June 2017. With Nicole?s dedicated support, GOJO is
sustaining this successful program into 2018. Additionally, Nicole has worked with Hattie Larlham and the crew
to support a location transition from Commerce Drive to Lippmann ? Nicole is honored to support this program
and does an amazing job at it!

Additionally, Nicole is planning to work with Hattie Larlham to facilitate a Summer Internship for 2018. This
program works with high school students (ages 16 to 21) for ten weeks to introduce them to the working world,
help them learn job tasks and improve work skills and ethics. GOJO also benefits from receiving no-cost work,
pre-screened candidates, on-site training, and retention services, and most importantly, supports Northeast
Ohio students develop work skills and prepare for the future.

CONTRIBUTORS:
Bob Straight, GOJO Packaging Director & Greg Jensen, GOJO Manufacturing Vice President were both in
support of this project from the onset and were conduits to approving this program to be realized.
