Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Brayndon Has spent countless hours teaching and training and learning and evolving as an employee.
Whatever the need of the trainee, he is evolving and shifting to best suit what needs to happen to help them
learn and excel.
He is perpetually "adding skills and capabilities", and practicing new "productive work habits" while at the same
time, increasing the "quality of work output".
Nearly every 2nd shift warehouse employee has gracefully passed through his hands in one form or another,
and he is always there to answer any question or help in any way that is possible for him.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Ive watched more then one trainer, do their job, careless is not a word I want to use but next to the passion that
Brayndon displays when he is teaching, I don't know another word to describe it.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The results & outcomes from the effort Brayndon has put in, have created a safe environment. because of his
efforts, Wooster 2nd shift shipping and receiving has had zero lost time accidents.
