highly successful. The audit showed one Major compliance risk (personnel with
procedures on their ELP), which was corrected shortly after identification. One
minor compliance risk was identified (visual check of labels transferred from LC not
documented in procedure), which has also been addressed.
? Installed badge access reader for the room and updated SOP-OPP-1238.
? Set plan for phase II work: to include renovation of the back room to allow for
direct buy in of labels and a GQMI incoming inspection area for the labels.
Additional shelving would be needed to house the surplus of labels.
