Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team put together a lot of different people from different areas of the company
all set on one goal...to bring the rail to Wooster. This was accomplished in
November of 2017 when we received our first railcar. By bringing the rail to GOJO
Wooster we also impacted the City of Wooster and the Wayne County Economic
Council who each presented GOJO with a check for 100K.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

This was a challenging undertaking from the start that ended up with everyone
involved feeling like they played a crucial part in the outcome.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Due to the collaboration and dedication of this team, Wooster celebrated another
growth milestone with the added capabilities of receiving ethanol via rail tankers. By
receiving the ethanol by rail, we also reduce our carbon footprint thus continuing to
fulfill our commitment to SWOW.
