                     Management of Music Talent-A case study

                                                     district



                                                     Abstract


                      The aim of this study is to explore the educational philosophy of
                   music talent class and management model. First, this study is to explore
                   how to build up the theoretical basis through the literatures, including
                   its  origin, types  of music talent class and the change of its

                   environment, educational theory, market demand, further to understand
                   its actual operating situation. With qualitative research, three people
                   who selected by using intentional sampling as the research participants

                   were the person operating music talent class, one teacher and one parent.
                   By using  semi-structured interviews for data collection  and  other
                   relevant literatures to support. This explores the overall development
                   of one music talent class in Chungli district during a decade and come
                   out some values and problems in the fine art education. Finally, some

                   suggestions were proposed for people operating music talent class and
                   fine art education.
