in a glass
with caramelised oranges
Ingredients for 4 people
3 oranges, 1 glass Collavini Ribolla Gialla Ratafià,
50 g yolks, 200 g mascarpone cheese, 100 g cream,
50 g sugar, 4 Ladyfingers (Savoiardi), 1 glass Oro Caffè Arabica
Rose special coffee blend for Tiramisu.
Preparation
For the caramelised oranges
Cut the oranges into cubes and gently
cook them in a small saucepan with a glass
of Ratafià until caramelised.
For the mascarpone cream
Work the yolk with the sugar, add the mascarpone
cheese and whipped cream and amalgamate
it all until the cream is smooth.
