As Namibia marches toward vision 2030, whereby the goal is to achieve a prosperous
nation developed by its human resources, it is clear that the Namibian people is the
most treasured resources but also beneficiaries of the very socio-economic
development being aspired. Development should inclusive and therefore people
centered. Real development call accelerating human development towards self-
actualisation of communities and for people to achieve higher retains for social
investments and thus the meaning full space for UNAM in the Namibian society. To
this end, there is a need to transcend the ladder of higher returns for investment in
education and health for the country to reap maximum benefits from its investment.
